Friendship House
This was built in the 1950s, intended to provide a centre for older people, and for many years offered a luncheon club. That need has declined, and it now provides offices and workshops for three charities and our own church administration. Southend Workshop The workshop receives donated tools for renovation. They are
passed to TWAM for shipment overseas. This remarkable
workshop is run by Belle Vue member, John Bailey under the
chairmanship of Alan Cox, the former pastor of Belle Vue
Church. It has been in existence for almost twenty-five
years and has progressed from its humble beginning to the
splendid place it is now.TWAM is one of our supported missions. Website : TWAM's website, Southend page. GO! SIGN (Christian Deaf Link UK) Karen
