Mission and Outreach

As Jesus commanded, we are involved in mission locally and worldwide in three ways.

Being informed

We use some of our time together to learn of local, national and international mission work. This may be from the organisation's publicity or the visit of a representative.

Providing support

We support God's work through prayer, financial giving and personal contact.

Encouraging involvement

We promote direct involvement in mission, both locally and going overseas.

Supported organisations

We have chosen five organisations to support regularly as described on the Supported Missions page. We also give financially to specific causes, for example appeals of charity organisations at times of famine or disasters.

Outreach to the Community

We support local efforts to spread the Gospel. Our involvement is shown on the Outreach page.
